Cancellation & Modification

At Asuianap, we understand that sometimes plans change. We do our best to accommodate order cancellations or changes before your order is shipped. Please review the details below to understand how cancellations and modifications work.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may have entered processing or shipping status, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@asuianap.shop with your Order Number and include “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Orders that have entered “Processing” or “Shipped” status cannot be canceled, as they are already being prepared for dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy

Order Modifications

You may request to modify your order — such as changing your shipping address, contact details, or product size/color — within 12 hours of placing it.
After this window, we may not be able to make changes since the order will likely be in fulfillment.

To request a modification, email info@asuianap.shop immediately with your Order Number and the changes needed.
Please note that once an order enters our fulfillment system, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to automated processing.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away at info@asuianap.shop
We can update your address only if the package has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, we cannot reroute or modify the delivery destination.

Pre-Orders or Backorders

If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, you can modify or cancel it at any time before it ships by contacting our support team.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
